Mission Statement

To assist low-income seniors & adults with disabilities to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. All services are free, with the exception of parts needed for minor repairs (if we have money available we will pay or contribute to cost of parts), regardless of race, gender, religion or creed.

Description

Volunteers are the heart of our program, providing 100% of the hands-on help. The program receives requests from social workers, senior centers, health care agencies, friends and family. Services are on an occasional basis and include: minor home repairs, housekeeping, yard work, friendly visitors, grocery shopping/running errands, transportation to/from local medical appointments. Also, we need help with fundraising.
