The Justin Parker Neurological Institute (JPNI) was founded by Dr. Alan Villavicencio as well as Dr. John Parker and his family in dedication to the memory of their son and brother, Justin. This organization's primary purpose is to provide support for neurosurgical research programs and services which includes conducting clinical research to disseminate to the medical community. Originally known as the Justin Parker Neurological Research Fund and operating under the Boulder Community Hospital Foundation, JPNI is a nonprofit organization now operating under its founding organization, Boulder Neurological & Spine Associates.

Boulder Community Hospital Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to making Boulder's community hospital even better! For more than 30 years, charitable gifts to the foundation have been used to enhance the comfort and care of hospital patients, address unmet community health care needs and place BCH on the cutting edge of high-tech medical advances. The Foundation will use the proceeds of this ride to provide medical care through Boulder Center for Sports Medicine to Boulder Valley School District's s high school athletes who cannot afford needed medical care.
