Mission Statement

cdcb YouthBuild is a non-profit organization that seeks to help uneducated, unemployed, and/or undergraduate young people, men and women ages 16 - 24, obtain the necessary academic knowledge to attain a GED or college preparation while learning construction skills by building affordable housing for homeless or low income families.

Description

The program places emphasis on activities geared towards leadership development and community service for government, community, non-profit, or faith-based organizations, as well as social and community advancement groups. We are recruiting members of the community to become mentors for these young adults, if you are interested in volunteering your time, or know of someone who might be interested, please let them know of the program.
