Mission Statement

To start and grow microenterprises for job creation and economic development in Georgia. A microenterprise is a small business with 0-5 employees and needing less than $50,000 in start-up capital.

Description

GMEN is a state microenterprise association (SMA) that provides regranting, capacity building, data collection, and public education for the advancement of microenterprise development through a network of practitioners across the state. These practitioners are primarily microenterprise development organizations (MDOs) providing business development services or micro business loans.
