Preservation of the Tropical Rain Forests in Costa Rica.

The reserve is located in the Monteverde highlands of northern Costa Rica. it is a private org. non profit.

Will accept visitors, especially students all ages. just a donation will be asked to cover the salary of the local keeper.

the reserve has trails, running water, a latrine, a dormitory, a shelter. its fauna and flora is excellent.

It was created to help out protect some of the remaining standing rain forests. some 300 plus acres are now protected. Totally non - profit. in Costa Ricaand the U.S.A. open to the public to enjoy as visitors. Upon reservation first.

Non profit private reserve. only one group of students per year visit it. I will be there once more as a volunteer on Jan. 26, 2012. There is among many species of fauna, a resident jaguar.
