Mission Statement

Our Daily Bread Community Outreach Services will serve as a catalyst in bringing organizations and groups together in collaborative partnerships, to leverage resources in order to to effectively address the hunger of food insecure persons, children, and their families; and to effectively address the self-sustainability, and educational needs of homeless, low-income, needy, and at-risk children within our community.

Volunteer opportunities are available for the following:

ODBCOS food bank and food box distribution, ODBCOS mobile food pantry,ODBCOS afterschool community garden. ODBCOS also holds 3 fundraiser events every year to raise money for its programs.

Description

To addres food insecurity, self-sustainability, and postsecondary needs of homeless, low-income, needy, and at-risk children within our community.

We accomplish this through the ODBCOS Food Bank and Food Box Distribution, ODBCOS Mobile Food Pantry,ODBCOS Afterschool Community Garden, and ODBCOS Posrtsecondary scholarship programs.

This organization is OUTSTANDING! A "grass roots" non-profit that is committed to effectively address food insecurity (hunger), self-sustainability, and postsecondary educational needs of homeless, low income, at-risk, children and their families. ODBCOS is easy going and treats every volunteer with respect and recognizes them for their volunteerism. It is a lot of fun and very satisfying when volunteering for ODBCOS.
