Nashville Children's Theatre is an ensemble of professional artists who bring unique vision and compelling voice to the creation of meaningful theatre for young audiences. At NCT, we strive to make live theatre a vital part of the childhood experience for young people in Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

Description

Nashville Children's Theatre, a non-profit, professional, Actor's Equity theatre, serves 90,000 children and adults each year, and NCT subsidizes over 7,500 free tickets for schools throughout Nashville and Middle Tennessee. NCT was founded in 1931 by the Junior League of Nashville and is recognized as the oldest children's theatre in the country. A national leader in professional theatre arts and education programs for young people, NCT introduces them to the magic of live theatre through a full line up of stage productions and related educational programs.
