To provide guidance and opportunities in regard to citizen prepardness in the City of El Paso.

Description

El Paso Citizen Corps is a presiding body over volunteer programs that promote preparedness and safety in the community. The programs are Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT), Fire Corps, Medical Reserve Corps, Neighborhood Watch and Volunteer in Police Services (VIPS).
