To equip visually adults with the independent living skills, employment assistance, and personalized support services to enhance the quality of their personal and professional lives.

Description

Provide rehabilitation and training services to visually impaired adults throughout the Washington, DC area. These include sale of low vision and Braille products, orientation and mobility (teaching independent travel skills), organizational and personal management skills for the elderly blind, peer counseling, computer training, and transcription of documents into Braille.
