Mission Statement

The mission of the Neighborhood Development Office (NDO) is to build capacity within Greenwood County Neighborhood, Community and Homeowners Associations. By facilitating partnerships with appropriate resources and creating collaborations between local governments, business, schools, and community residents, the Neighborhood Development Office will form linkages for building a stronger community. The NDO will study neighborhood issues, develop problem-solving strategies, and test new creative solutions proposed by residents of Greenwood.
