Mission Statement

The purpose of the CCLC is to help citizens in Carroll County, AR improve their literacy skills by providing free instruction.

Description

The Carroll County Literacy Council is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving literacy skills in reading English as a second language, writing, mathematics, citizenship and other activities. Our challenge is to attract volunteers to serve as tutors, as well as students who are motivated to learn and become contributing members of Carroll County. The CCLC wishes to maximize the effectiveness of instruction to enable the learners to experience success.
