Mission Statement
Hemophilia of Indiana, Inc. is dedicated to empowering the bleeding disorder community through education and support, wile advocating access to quality care and product safety.
Description
Hemophilia of Indiana organizes children's and teen camps and support groups; provides dental insurance, MedicAlert tags and memberships, and financial assistance; and offers educational and awareness programs including an Annual Meeting, a 4x's a year newsletter, information and referral services, placement of educational materials in school libraries, and training for school teachers, nurses, administrators and coaches and Purdue Extension staff.
To fulfill its program goals, "HoII" conducts various fundraising programs including several fundraising special events throughout the year (a Gala, a Walk, Golf Outing, "Mystery" Bus Tour, and a Poinsettia Sale), a direct mail program, and public speaking.
