APEB is committed to the prevention of the spread of the Human Immunodeficiency Virus and to the provision of culturally sensitive and effective services to all persons and communities infected with and affected by HIV in Alameda County.

APEB provides services for HIV positive individuals, education and prevention services for high at risk communities and primary medical care for those communities who need it most.
