How: Development of a Teaching Surgery aboard a 747-400 with accompanying 757 supply plane equipped with audio Visual teaching tools and the ability to move staff, supplies and food rapidly

Paramedic and Care Convoy

The international emergency response teamhas a goal of reaching a site of disaster with a 6 hour response time working with teams of emergency workers of the effected country as well as teams from other countries. Teaming up countries before there is a disaster and becoming equals before the disaster will all work to provide a seamless response. Responders will come from member countries including theUS.

What makes us different other than the fast response time is that between disasters we will build relationships with our member nations by sharing training and sponsoring internships so our team members can work in each others systems as true team members. We will not go into a country and impose our ways/thoughts on others instead we will foster relationships and develop a team.

Training

Our training program will prepare team members to respond to disasters and other needs. We will include ideas from all member nations to ensure that we have a better understanding of each other's culture, system, and abilities. This training will be coordinated through an accredited college program with qualified instructors. The training will be flexible to ensure the changing needs of our members are met.
