Mission Statement
The Graham School, a charter public high school in Columbus, Ohio, prepares students for lifelong learning and informed citizenship through real world experiences and rigorous academics. Fostering ownership and responsibility for their education prepares Graham students to be successful in college, the workplace, and any other endeavors they undertake upon leaving The Graham School. The Graham School serves a diverse population of urban students in a small school setting. The school's highly respected experiential program and has over 150 active partners in the community.

The vision that forms and fuels The Graham School is as a school that treats all students humanely;serves the urban community of Columbus; enlivens the human spirit via concerned and positive ways that mature, wise adults interact with teenagers and serve them as role models; causes students to become more thoughtful, inquisitive individuals particularly in core literacy areas; respects the need for students to establish their own independence while at the same time developing in them a sense of community; is a place where adults working at the school always exhibit respect toward students and other adults; serves every young person equally who desires this kind of experiential education
