Mission Statement

The mission of the Grant County Community Health Council is to assess, promote and strengthen the health, well being, and quality of life of county residents by creating a process that assures broad-based community involvement.

Description

The Grant County Community Health Council is composed of 30 community leaders representing different sectors of the county. The council is appointed by the Grant County Commission. The Grant County Community Health Council is advised by five Life Cycle groups representing different age groups of the population: Preconception to Preschool, Kindergarten to 8th Grade, 9th to 12th Grade, Adult, and Senior. These groups focus their efforts on coordinate programs to help raise the quality of life in Grant County.
