Mission Statement

Together with our millions of supporters, the American Cancer Society (ACS) saves lives and creates a world with less cancer and more birthdays by helping people stay well, helping people get well, by finding cures, and by fighting back.

The American Cancer Society is a nationwide, community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem.

Description

Relay For Life and Bark For Life are a fun, family oriented, community-based event to Celebrate, Remember and Fight Back. We celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer. The strength of survivors inspires others to continue their fight. We Remember loves ones lost to the disease. At Relay, people who have walked alongside others battling cancer can grieve and find healing. We Fight Back. We Relay because we have been touched by cancer and desperately want to put an end to the disease. Thank you for making a commitment to save lives by taking up the fight.
