MISSION STATEMENT
Humane Society Pet Rescue Fl, Inc is a nonprofit 501c 3 organization committed to the rescue of adoptable;
Abandoned, Abused, Neglected, Surrendered, and Stray animals
We believe the animal-human bond is strengthened through education of the public.
We are committed to;
Ending overpopulation of unwanted litters of animals.
Ending needless euthanizing of healthy adoptable animals
We maintain a no kill policy with the exception of cases when euthanasia is deemed the only viable, reasonable and humane option.
Description
We are for the most part a "cage free" facility of non aggressive adoptable dogs. Our goal this year to add felines to our facility if funding allows.Our animals are here for a temporary stopover before being adopted into a forever happy family home.
There is no euthanasia at our facility, you will see very happy animals during their stopover. Volunteering here gives you such a good feeling of accomplishment.One of our favorite things to do here is to sit back, take a break, and watch the dogs just be happy as dogs should.
