Description
Chartered on November 10, 1982, the Columbus Beechcroft Lions serve the northeast Columbus area. Our volunteer service activities and fundraising efforts are dedicated to supporting local, state, and national, and international efforts on behalf of the sight impaired, elderly, and disabled. We provide support to the Sharon Woods Civic Association; sponsor and support the Ohio State School for the Blind and provide scholarships for college students in the Beechcroft area.
Our club consists of four charter members, men, women, and second generation Lions and members range in age from their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s.
