Community organizing and empowerment of residents. 3. The delivery of high quality human services. 4. The delivery of high quality education and training programs with emphasis on personal financial management and home ownership. 5. Economic Development. Lighthouse Community Development services are provided along a continuum with Lighthouse of Oakland County, Inc. and its subsidiaries.
