One Village Alliance (OVA) is 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and uplifting of underserved communities. With a local effort centered in the heart of Wilmington’s Eastside, we work to address the most critical human needs of the community: Education; Cultural Exposure; Economic Empowerment; and Health and Wellness. OVA’s highest priority to help students achieve academic success. Our approach, however, is holistic and designed to inspire, encourage and empower our children and families
