The Houston Hispanic Forum is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization focused on improving Hispanic achievement in the greater Houston area through information and dialogue, service, collaborations, and promoting awareness of educational issues affecting Hispanics.

Description

The Houston Hispanic Forum has presented Career and Education Day for 25 consecutive years. Career and Education Day, the largest event of its kind in the nation.

Career and Education Day offers more than 50 panel sessions conducted by professionals from various career fields such as accounting, banking, engineering, journalism, graphic design, culinary arts, technology, law, the arts and many more. Sessions for parents will also be available in Spanish covering current and up to date information regarding various topics of interest. Lunch is served for free to those participating in Career and Education Day. Free child care is also available.
