Bringing the benefits of exercise, music and fun to senior citizens of all ages and physical abilities.

Description

Since July 1999, instructor-led 45-minute exercise program for groups of seniors who are either self-sufficient or wheelchair-bound. Background music for each exercise is from the 1930's, '40's and '50's.
