Our Vision. . .

• To foster change through collaboration and the sharing of resources within the communities we serve.

• To create tutoring and mentoring programs to reach out to our youth and let them know that there is more to life than idolizing what they see in the streets.

• To promote The Three " A’s ’"! Attitude: It is a must for EBA kids to have a positive attitude, to help them make better decisions in life (i.e. Punctuality, Responsibility, Respect); Academics: It is a must that EBA kids excel in their studies and take their education seriously so any road they choose to travel on will become a successful journey, (acquiring and attaining to hold a 2.5 or better grade point average); Achievement: With the first two A’s in place, an EBA kid has no other choice than to achieve success..

• To attend to the communitarian needs of our youth through the promotion of a wide range of participatory cultural activities including art, dance, lectures and field trips.
