To rescue, foster and place adoptable basset hounds in loving, permanent homes; to educate the community about responsible pet ownership including health maintenance, spay/neuter and disease prevention; to assist other rescue and animal welfare groups in increasing the adoption of homeless pets by promoting awareness.

Description

Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc. has been established as a charitable organization for the purpose of rescuing basset hounds from homeless or unwanted situations. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and are eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions under section 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code. Basset Buddies Rescue, Inc. is a 100% volunteer organization with no salaries or compensation of any kind paid to anyone connected with our group.
