Our mission is not only to provide quality mental health and social services and supports, but to leverage the inherent strengths of our community to effect positive change.

Description

Since our founding in 1973, SBCC has dedicated itself to planting the seeds for long - term, positive community building by nurturing families with a range of high - quality services in areas including counseling, job training, family financial planning, family and community health, and early learning. Through these services, families pick up the tools they need to support themselves and lead their communities into strong and positive futures.
