Make-A-Way Corporation (MAW) was founded with a vision to combat the increasing need of affordable housing for low to moderate income families in Leon County, Marion County and surrounding rural communities. The corporation is dedicated to providing affordable, peaceful, sanitary and a safe environment to raise families. The company's plans of action are to develop affordable housing in rural communities, revitalized distress homes and provide weatherization for low income families. In addition, the company will develop opportunities to facilitate tenants in home ownership. The corporation's strategic focus will be to coordinate with state and federal housing partnerships, community leaders, local businesses, and dedicated individuals who share a common interest in the creation of affordable housing units and improving access to affordable housing.
