Catholic Charities is a private not for profit social agency sponsored by the Catholic Dicoese of Springfield in Illinois. Effingham Catholic Charities serves those in need, regardless of religion, race, age, ethnicity or sexual orientation in Fayette, Effingham, Jasper, Cumberland, Crawford and Clark Counties.
