Description

The Washington Off Highway Vehicle Alliance (WOHVA) was formed in 2006 in response to decreasing numbers of riding areas and government misuse of OHV specific funds. WOHVA is comprised of 3 main user groups: off road motorcyclists, ATV users and 4x4 enthusiasts. Combined, we represent more than 13,000 OHV users in Washington State.
