Childrens Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition speaks loudly and clearly on behalf of Childrens who are too little and too sick to speak for themselves.


Description

We deveolped a compassionate hospice and palliative care benefit which strive to improve care for children in California.

We also have a transportation program for children from Monterey county, S. Monterey county and Santa Cruz Counties that is hosted by volunteer drivers. We take families to Lucille Packard Childrens Hospital in Palo Alto.
