Mission Statement

The Struggling Artist Film Foundation (STAFF) is a nationwide foundation comprised of Filmmakers, Writers, Actors/Actresses, artists, photographers and those who always wanted to be in the creative and arts industry but never could for whatever reason. STAFF has been created to give the name back to the struggling artist, and more importantly, recognize and give merit to those that are so easily not only left behind, but left in the shadows. And more often than not, these struggling artists are the backbones, the strength of what the art world is all about. Whether it's a dream that one is actually pursuing or a dream that lies still within a person, we are all STAFF of other organizations.
