Mission Statement
The Southern Sudanese community center of San Diego is non-profit found in 1995 with the mission to Assist all Sudanese and other immigrants in their resettlement, through education, Social, Economic, and Cultural support. We guide them toward self-sufficient and full integration into American society while respecting their dignity as new Americans. We also provide Aid to Children in Southern Sudan. Many Southern Sudanese Children in Africa are Orpahs who lost one or both parents due to war and genicide. We support these children with medical , education, and other basic life needs.
Description
The main focus of the center is to promote self-sufficiency within the community. We offer hand training skill in Computer, Mircro credit, Sewing Machines. Employment and many more
