So what's the wh ole premise behind this idea? What are we looking to do? The non-profit is to be organized exclusively as charitable and educational for the following purposes:

• to make educational resources visible and attainable to underprivileged first-generation students of foreign descent in the Washington, D.C./ Baltimore City corridor, thus improving graduation rates and increasing preparation for post-secondary education
• to promote personal development and the development of life skills, leadership skills and relationship building through professional coaching and mentoring
• to build craft and enhance hard-skills through resume writing, essay writing, and portfolio development
• to promote professional development through community involvement and meaningful work
