This is an all volunteer organization with many programs at work in the community. All grants and donations stay in Northern Virginia to help women and children through programs such as Operation Hugs Pillow, Assult Survivor Kit and Operation School Bell, Weekend Food for Kids, New Clothing for Kids, Reading and Math Readiness and Reading Express . By volunteering with Assistance League of Northern Virginia I know where my donations are going and who they are helping. You will feel good about joining this organization as a member or community volunteer for events. This is a great multi generational group and all volunteers are welcome to join and help make a difference! Go to www.northernvirginia.assistancleague.org for more information.
