To provide opportunities for people with memory impairment such as Alzheimer's disease or related dementias to maximize their intellectual and social abilities through a supportive day program, thereby providing relief for the caregivers.

Description

ExtraCare is a program that provides social activities during the day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for people with memory impairment. This gives the caregivers of our guests time for personal activities while their family member is in a safe, caring environment.
