Organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to: Foster interest in dramatics and theatre; provide an organization for promotion of theatrical productions, for development of its members in dramatic abilities and techniques, for friendly exchange of opinions, information and experience in the dramatic arts, and for such other purposes as may be determined by the group; and cooperate with other Hudson organizations in promoting the above purposes in Hudson, Ohio.

The Hudson Players are an active community theater organization dedicated to providing live theater and volunteer opportunities in the Hudson, OH area and to supporting arts across the state of Ohio.
