Description
Trembling Before G-d, the unprecedented documentary film that shatters assumptions about faith, sexuality, and religious fundamentalism premiers in SF on February 28. The film tells the personal stories of Hasidic and Orthodox Jews that are gay or lesbian, and examines the profound and painful dilemma they face with reconciling the two contradictory identities. Trembling has sparked dialogue around the globe, winning ten international awards and also was the talk of the town at the recent Sundance Film Festival.
