The Salvation Army of Santa Monica offers help, hope, and healing to the community by responding to the needs of individuals with a variety of assistance and service programs.

Description

The Salvation Army has been serving those in need for over 100 years. We offer a diverse range of programs and activities to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of individuals in the West La and Beach Community areas. Volunteers are an intregal part of what we do - the need is too great for us to meet alone: we need your help!! Together we can serve our community one person at a time!

I called today to inquire about volunteering and got the most rude, disrespectful woman on the phone. After asking twice, politely, she gave me such attitude that I had to hang up. I wouldn't volunteer there--ever!

I like the youth services they provide for children.
