Description

Hospice is end-of-life care. Hospice care takes a holistic approach that treats the "whole person" and recognizes that, although the physical illness is what brings our patients to hospice, their emotional and spiritual well-being are also our utmost priorities. Hospice is made up of nurses, certified nursing assistants, a physician, a chaplain for spiritual support, a social worker, and volunteers.
