Mission Statement

The Monroe County (Michigan) Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) unit will support existing systems for emergency response and expand Monroe County Health Department's (MCHD) capacity to protect the public's health.

Description

Citizens of Monroe County, Michigan, count on a strong public health system that is capable of responding to any emergency. Health professionals and concerned citizens willing to donate their time and expertise will allow Monroe County to meet these needs during an emergency, as well as strengthen the exisiting health infrastructure overall.
