Description

The Center provides direct services by assigning each participant (pregnant or parenting teen) a Resource Advocate or life coach. The Resource Advocate assist them with moving forward to economic and social self-sufficiency and by bringing together existing community resources, organizations and programs that serve this vulnerable population. We commit to working with these young parents for a minimum of two years.
