Pathways Community Network Institute works with Continua of Care and other community groups to identify, develop and implement best practices that improve client outcomes and ensure compliance with funder requirements.
Description
Pathways Community Network Institute is part of Pathways MISI, a not for profit partnership that provides small to mid-size Continua of Care and other community groups with the following services:
Consulting Services that help our community partners plan for growth and comply with HUD, HMIS, HIPAA and other applicable regulations
Data Services, including Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) System Administration, that unlock the full value of information they collect
Training and Technical Assistance that help them achieve their community's policy and HMIS implementation goals
