Inspiring the Native tradition of giving and expanding philanthropy to Northwest Indian Country.

Description

Potlatch Fund is a leadership development, capacity building and grant making organization. We work to build links between Native American communities and mainstream philanthropy. We have an extensive leadership development, capacity bulding and technical assistance program which aims to encourage Native organizations to form well managed 501(c)3s and other tax exempt entities. These entities provide direct community services in response to needs.

We also work with foundaitons and holders of assets in Indian Country to help them to better understand the needs, issues and structures that exist.
