Our Mission is to end pet overpopulation in this region by providing low cost, high quality spay and neuter services to the general public, while providing education on the benefits of aggressive spay and neuter programs.

Description

Mountain View Humane is a collaborative effort of the Montgomery County Friends of Animal Care & Control, the Humane Society of Montgomery County, the Roanoke Valley SPCA and the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in response to the euthanasia rates in the region. MVH was founded in 2009 to provide spay and neuter services to Montgomery county and surrounding areas and to educate the public on the benefits of spay/neuter programs.
