OUR HISTORY
Since 1946, as society has changed and the needs of children and families have changed, Cardinal McCloskey Services (CMS) has repeatedly opened new doors to programs which meet the social, emotional, educational and health care needs of those in need in New York City and Westchester County. We remain committed to caring for those individuals and to providing the highest quality of care to those we serve.
