Mission Statement

AOM is a religious non-profit corporation established under the charters of Hawaii. It is governed by a Constitution which describes the organization and governance of the Assembly. Management of the Assembly's affairs is vested in a Council, which is comprised of the Assembly's Director and counsel. The Council is comprised of one officer of AOM, its volunteers and organizational representatives. The day-to-day work of the Assembly is carried out by a staff and directed by B. Craig Hood.

In 2007, AOM dba B Hood Entertainment began raising funds for "Educate The Children" a reading program designed to help children better comprehend what they read.

We have been fortunate enough to have Mr. Earl Stevens (E40), Omar Helton (Big Omeeze) and Charles Hayes (Chaz) via Sick Wid It Records support us each year by coming to Honolulu and performing a fund raising concert.

In 2010 AOM partnered with Olympic Gold Medalist Bryan Clay, became the Agent for Claude Brooks Executive Producer & Creator of the Hip-Hop Harry show, and David Joyner (Hip-Hop Harry). Immediately the planned a show for Honolulu, Hawaii "Educate the children for fitness & success." The rest is History.....
