Phoenix Rising is committed to creating a conversation in the public arena that creates opportunities for chronic fatigue syndrome to be recognized as a legitimate disorder leading to better treatments for ME/CFS patients and more research for ME/CFS sufferers and those with allied disorders .

Description

Phoenix Rising produces that conversation by producing effective vehicles for communication in the chronic fatigue syndrome community such as the Phoenix Rising Forums, by providing accurate and objective information to the patients and the community at large through treatment and research summaries, blogs, video’s, etc., by providing programs that bring clarity to the makeup of a heterogeneous and largely misunderstood ME/CFS community, that patients, physicians and healthcare workers can use to better understand and treat the disorder.
