Mission Statement

We are a coalition of agencies, educational, and financial institutions dedicated to building the financial health and stability of individuals and families in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. We provide free income tax preparation as a component of a year-round campaign, linking individuals and families to asset-building resources.

Description

We aim to provide economically challanged individuals and families with access to a range of services in Delaware County that promote self-sufficiency. Every year we work to extend our tax preparation services by offering more sites in convenient locations throughout the county to save more clients tax preparation fees. We offer asset development tools and services, including savings bonds, credit counseling, pre-paid debit cards and public benefits, to increase the income and financial stability of these individuals throughout the year.
