Mission Statement

Rainbow Train promotes the awareness of the needs of older, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) people who are clients of health care and social services. We work to ensure that LGBT cultural competency training becomes a part of all trainings for health-care and social service providers.

Rainbow Train is a grassroots organization dedicated to providing education about elder LGBT people. Rainbow Train offers skill-based trainings on working with elder LGBT people.
