Mission Statement

North Shore Community Action Programs (NSCAP) is the designated anti-poverty, community action agency for the cities and towns of Salem, Peabody, Beverly, and Danvers. NSCAP's mission is to help low-income people empower themselves as they move toward self-sufficiency and to motivate the larger community to be more responsive to the needs of lowe-income people.
